Exchange Policy

At Tendo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from our website. We understand that sometimes, you may want to exchange an item for various reasons. To make the exchange process as seamless as possible, please read and understand our Exchange Policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

You are eligible to request an exchange for an item purchased from Tendo within (2 days) after receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item has not been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included with the item.
  • The item is eligible for exchange based on our product-specific eligibility criteria (e.g., some items such as underwear and swimwear may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons).
  • A processing fee of $2 for each item being exchanged will be applicable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the delivery cost associated with the exchange.

2. Initiating an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support Team within two days of receiving your order at (contact@tendojeans.com) or (+961 81 528 010).

b. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

c. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Tendo Jeans. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Tendo Jeans is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

4. Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. If the item passes inspection, we will process the exchange according to your preferences, subject to product availability.

5. Exchange Options:

You have two exchange options:

a. Replacement: We will send you a replacement item of the same style and size if available.

b. Store Credit: If the desired replacement item is not available or you prefer an alternative, we can issue store credit for the original purchase amount. You can use this credit to make a new purchase on our website.

6. Exclusions:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Items without their original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Items that are not in the same condition as when received.
  • Items that do not meet the product-specific eligibility criteria mentioned on our website.

7. Additional Terms:

  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Tendo Jeans reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria.
